Inside a session
First 20 minutes
Move and Protect
Physical self defence and safety skills, taught age-appropriately. She learns what her body can do and how to keep herself safe.
Next 20 minutes
Lead and Grow
Confidence, leadership, and life skills. From public speaking to money smarts, the things school forgets to teach.
Final 20 minutes
Sisterhood Circle
Connection, reflection, and belonging. Where girls support each other and every voice is heard.
Every session follows this rhythm, and each week leans into one of the five pillars as its theme, so girls get consistency and variety in equal measure.

Founder and Lead. Princess Protection Academy
Caitlyn leads the Academy alongside qualified specialist instructors in self defence, leadership, and life skills. With a background in psychology and a deep commitment to girls growing up safe, strong, and self-assured, she built PPA to be the program she wishes every girl had access to.
