Monetary gift credit, not a guaranteed booking. Care is subject to eligibility and availability.

Gift card terms

  • Valid for three years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on every card.
  • Redeemable for eligible PPP Network At Home Angel services only. Not for the Uniform Shop, event tickets or donations.
  • Service is currently available in supported locations in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Bookings are subject to eligibility and Angel availability, and dates and Angels are confirmed by PPP.
  • Experience gifts are credit equal to the listed price at purchase. They do not guarantee a date, a particular Angel or a future fixed price.
  • Partial use is fine. Any unused balance stays on the card until expiry. If a booking costs more than the balance, we'll arrange the difference with you securely.
  • No activation, inactivity, balance enquiry or other fees apply after purchase.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. For refunds or help, contact support@pppnetwork.com.au.
  • Keep your code private. Anyone with the code can use the balance.
