The Network

Meet Your Angels.

Vetted. Qualified. Yours.

Every PPP Angel has been interviewed in person, verified, trained through our full curriculum, and insured before they ever step into a family's home. They are qualified professionals who chose PPP because they believe families deserve extraordinary care.

Your Angel, matched to your needs

Every family is matched with the right level of Angel for their situation.

These four tiers apply across all four PPP services. Whether you are booking Family Care, a Corporate Pod, a Travelling Angel or an Event Angel, your Angel is one of the four levels below. Service is the what. Tier is the who.

The level is assigned by us based on what your circumstances need, so you are always supported by someone with the right experience. For some needs, a more senior Angel is essential, and we will always match you accordingly. Families are not asked to choose a level. We do that, carefully, so the fit is right.

Foundational care

Tier 1 Angel

Warm, capable Angels trained to PPP's standard, ready to step in for the everyday load of early family life.

When it fits. Best matched to daytime support, sibling care, gentle in-home help, event care, and confident hands during ordinary but demanding stretches.

Experienced care

Tier 2 Angel

Experienced Angels with deeper training and repeated hours in real families, ready when a situation needs more than baseline.

When it fits. Best matched to overnight support, feeding support, first-time family guidance, and recovery in the early weeks after birth.

Senior care

Tier 3 Angel

Senior Angels with significant clinical or professional depth, called on when a family's circumstances need more skill in the room.

When it fits. Best matched to complex feeding journeys, perinatal mental health concerns, medically involved postpartum recovery, and higher-need situations.

A gentle note on matching. When a situation calls for more experience, we match you with a more senior Angel. It is how we make sure every family is held by someone with the exact experience their circumstances truly need.

A separate path

Guardian Angel

Guardian Angel is a senior progression, distinct from the numbered tier ladder rather than sitting on top of it. It is available after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, requires additional Guardian-specific training and shadow shifts, and is paid at a higher rate. Guardian Angels train the Angels behind them, and when they are not training they are hired out to families and clients for their skillset.

Become an Angel

Are you ready to be someone's extraordinary?

PPP Angels are not found on a job board. They are professionals who chose this network because they believe in what it stands for. If you are qualified, experienced, and ready to be part of something that genuinely changes families' lives, we want to hear from you.

01

No existing childcare qualification required. You complete Angel Academy (our Teachable training) from scratch as part of onboarding.

02

A 6-month probationary period, during which you are offered In-Home and Event shifts. Corporate & Crèche and Travelling Angel work opens up on successful completion.

03

A paid one-hour Practical Assessment Session with management before you go live. You are properly assessed by real management, not thrown into the deep end after watching videos.

The Partner pathway

If you are a qualified doula, IBCLC, lactation consultant, psychologist or similar and want to offer your own services through PPP rather than join as an employed Angel, that's our Partner pathway.

What is a PPP Angel?

More than a carer. A whole support system.

A PPP Angel is a qualified perinatal and family support professional, a birth worker, postpartum doula, lactation consultant, perinatal psychologist, parenting educator, women's health practitioner, nanny, early childhood educator, or IBCLC. Often more than one. Every Angel holds current qualifications, current insurance, and has passed our interview and onboarding process before joining the network.

When you book an Angel, you are beginning a relationship with a consistent, vetted professional who is matched to your family's specific needs and stays with you across your chosen season. The network behind your Angel means there is always someone available, always someone accountable, and always someone who answers the phone.

How Angels are selected

The standard is non-negotiable.

  1. 01

    Application

Every prospective Angel completes a detailed application covering qualifications, experience, specialisations, and their motivation for joining PPP.

  2. 02

    Interview

All applicants are interviewed personally by the PPP leadership team. Qualifications alone are not enough. We are selecting for character, warmth, and professional maturity.

  3. 03

    Verification

Qualifications, insurance, Working With Children checks, and identity documents are verified in full before any Angel progresses.

  4. 04

    Training

Every Angel completes the full PPP training curriculum across six modules before they are approved to work with families.

  5. 05

    Live and supported

Once active, Angels are never alone. The PPP leadership team provides ongoing support, coordination, and accountability across every shift.
