Meet Your Angels.

Vetted. Qualified. Yours.

Every PPP Angel has been interviewed in person, verified, trained through our full curriculum, and insured before they ever step into a family's home. They are not contractors. They are professionals who chose PPP because they believe families deserve extraordinary care.

A little about you

What is a PPP Angel?

More than a carer. A whole support system.

A PPP Angel is a qualified perinatal and family support professional, a birth worker, postpartum doula, lactation consultant, perinatal psychologist, parenting educator, women's health practitioner, nanny, early childhood educator, or IBCLC. Often more than one. Every Angel holds current qualifications, current insurance, and has passed our interview and onboarding process before joining the network.

When you book an Angel, you are not booking a single session with a stranger. You are beginning a relationship with a consistent, vetted professional who is matched to your family's specific needs and stays with you across your chosen season. The network behind your Angel means there is always someone available, always someone accountable, and always someone who answers the phone.

How Angels are selected

The standard is non-negotiable.

  1. 01

    Application

Every prospective Angel completes a detailed application covering qualifications, experience, specialisations, and their motivation for joining PPP.

  2. 02

    Interview

All applicants are interviewed personally by the PPP leadership team. Qualifications alone are not enough. We are selecting for character, warmth, and professional maturity.

  3. 03

    Verification

Qualifications, insurance, Working With Children checks, and identity documents are verified in full before any Angel progresses.

  4. 04

    Training

Every Angel completes the full PPP training curriculum across six modules before they are approved to work with families.

  5. 05

    Live and supported

Once active, Angels are never alone. The PPP leadership team provides ongoing support, coordination, and accountability across every shift.
