Who we are
PPP Network is operated by Pregnancy Postpartum Parenting Network Pty Ltd. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We collect the details you give us through our forms, emails and event registrations, such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb and state, and anything you choose to tell us about your enquiry or application.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide the services or events you ask about, process applications, send service emails and, only where you have agreed, send updates about PPP Network. Ticket purchases are handled by Humanitix and payments by Stripe under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We only share your details with a partner or provider when you have asked us to or given consent, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely with access limited to authorised PPP Network staff.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Essential service emails, such as confirmations, may still be sent.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing support@pppnetwork.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
