Event Angel
Provide skilled child and family care at private events, brand activations, conferences, weddings, and community gatherings. Calm under pressure, brilliant with kids.
On-site at workplaces
Corporate & Crèche Angel
Deliver family support inside workplaces through our Corporate Pods and crèche activations. You become the trusted face employees lean on while their family is held with care.
On the road with families
Travelling Angel
Travel with families across Australia and abroad as their dedicated care partner. Holidays, relocations, work trips, and recovery stays, all held with PPP standards.
What to expect
From application to your first shift.
Every Angel is properly assessed by real management, not just thrown into the deep end after watching videos. Here is the exact sequence.
- 01Apply and interview
Submit your application and meet with the PPP team.
- 02Compliance documents
Working With Children, insurance, qualifications, references.
- 03Angel Academy
Complete our online training program on Teachable at your own pace.
- 04Paid Practical Assessment Session
One paid hour with management covering safe sleep, swaddling, bottle preparation, ShiftCare, boundaries, and hands-on use of PPP's training aids. You are assessed by real management before you ever step into a family's home.
- 05Uniform issued
Your free pink starter set and ID badge are issued. Upload your uniform photo for the directory.
- 06ShiftCare login issued
Your rostering access is activated.
- 07Angel Directory profile goes live
Families and event clients can now see your profile.
- 08Eligible to accept shifts
You are live on the network and ready for your first booking.
Progression
Guardian Angel
Guardian Angel is our senior tier, available after successful completion of the 6-month probationary period. It requires additional training and shadow shifts, is paid at a higher rate, and involves training other Angels. When not training, Guardian Angels are hired out for their skillset. A free blue uniform set is issued on progression to Guardian Angel.
