Every PPP Angel completes the same professional foundations. Where and how you provide care will depend on your approved Angel type, experience and availability. You may be approved for one Angel pathway or several.

Preparation

Supported Before Your First Shift.

You will not be sent into a family's home unprepared.

Before becoming available for bookings, every Angel completes a supported preparation pathway with PPP.

  • Your PPP uniform arrangements and professional ID badge.
  • Full foundational training through the Angel Academy, free and mandatory before your first shift.
  • A paid one-on-one Practical Assessment Session with PPP leadership.
  • Your ShiftCare account and access to available shifts.
  • Clear policies, care standards and shift expectations.
  • Ongoing guidance through the Guardian Angel mentor pathway.

    Complete screening, compliance, free Angel Academy training and your paid Practical Assessment Session.

    Become approved for one or more service pathways based on your experience, assessment and compliance.

    Broader Service Opportunities

    Develop further skills, complete additional training, become considered for more specialised bookings.

    Guardian Angel Pathway

    Support newer Angels, contribute to quality standards, take on approved mentoring or leadership responsibilities.

Your role can grow as your confidence, capability and contribution grow. This is a professional care pathway, not a dead-end casual position.

Uniform sizing

Your first uniform is on us. Every Angel receives one pink set, one blue set and an ID badge free at commencement. Tell us your sizes and we'll post the kit as soon as you're onboarded. No payment required.

Your uniform is on its way, no payment required. Extras, replacements and upgrades are always available in the Angel Wardrobe once you're onboarded.
